Welcome to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at IIET.

The IQAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education and overall institutional performance. Established with the vision of continuous improvement, the IQAC functions as a proactive entity, working towards maintaining academic excellence and meeting the diverse needs of our stakeholders.

The mission of our IQAC is to foster a culture of quality consciousness among all stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and management. We aim to create an environment that promotes excellence in teaching and learning while upholding the values of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Accreditation and Quality Assurance: The IQAC is committed to fulfilling the requirements for accreditation and quality assurance set forth by external agencies. It oversees the preparation of self-assessment reports, conducts internal audits, and implements measures for continuous improvement.
  • Curriculum Development and Review: Our IQAC actively engages in the review and updating of academic programs and courses, aligning them with the latest developments in respective fields and industry requirements.
  • Feedback and Grievance Redressal: We facilitate student and stakeholder feedback mechanisms, allowing us to understand their perspectives better. The IQAC addresses grievances, ensuring a harmonious campus environment.
  • Faculty Development: The IQAC organizes faculty development programs to enhance pedagogical skills, research capabilities, and professional growth, promoting a culture of continuous learning among educators.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: The IQAC monitors various academic and administrative activities regularly, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making and improvement.
  • Best Practices Dissemination: Our IQAC identifies and disseminates best practices from various departments, promoting knowledge-sharing and inspiring others to adopt effective approaches.
  • Student Support and Welfare: Ensuring the overall well-being of our students is paramount. The IQAC works closely with relevant bodies to address student needs and concerns.
