The Campus Wellness Cell is committed to promoting the emotional well-being and psychological health of students and staff. The Cell provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where individuals can seek guidance for personal, academic, emotional, or professional concerns.
Our counseling services aim to help individuals develop resilience, manage stress, improve interpersonal relationships, enhance self-confidence, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The Cell also conducts awareness programmes, workshops, and interactive sessions on mental health, stress management, emotional wellness, and life skills to foster a positive and inclusive campus environment.
